AI Receptionist
Answers your phone when you cannot, books the job, texts you the details and follows up on open estimates. We write its script from your real calls, and you hear every recording.
Example call, scripted
Hear it answer a call.
76 seconds. A caller with a humming panel and half the house without power, answered by the AI receptionist of our example business. In your business it answers with your name, your prices and your rules.
Read the call
- Sam (AI receptionist)Delta Oak Electric, this is Sam. I'm an AI assistant, and this call is recorded. I can get you help right now. What's going on?
- CallerHey, uh, half my house just lost power, and the panel in the garage is making a humming noise.
- Sam (AI receptionist)Okay. First, if you smell anything burning or see any smoke, hang up and call nine one one. Do you smell or see anything like that?
- CallerNo, no smoke. It just hums, and the kitchen and the bedrooms are dark.
- Sam (AI receptionist)Good. Please don't touch the panel. I'm marking this as urgent for our on-call electrician. Can I get your name and the address?
- CallerMike Alvarez. Twenty one forty Oak Street, in Manteca.
- Sam (AI receptionist)Thank you, Mike. The electrician can be there between four and five this afternoon. Does that work?
- CallerYeah, that works. What's this going to cost me?
- Sam (AI receptionist)The service call is one hundred forty nine dollars, and that's posted on our website, so no surprises. He'll give you a price for the repair before he starts any work. What's the best number to text you his arrival time?
- CallerTwo oh nine, five five five, oh one four two.
- Sam (AI receptionist)Got it. You'll get a text in about a minute with his name and when he's arriving. Mike, you're on the schedule. Anything else I can do?
- CallerNo, that's great. Thank you.
- Sam (AI receptionist)You're welcome. Help is on the way.
What is included.
Every line here is in the posted price. Anything billed separately says so.
AI Receptionist$1,000 a month
- Answers the calls you miss and says it is an AI
- Learns your words and prices from a setup interview and your real calls
- Books the job on your calendar, or texts you the caller, the address and the problem within a minute
- Sends emergencies straight to a person
- Follows up on open estimates by text, only with the customer's consent
- Asks finished jobs for a review
- Records every call and keeps a written copy you can read
- Has a person on our team listen each week and tune the script
What it is
A receptionist who picks up when you cannot. When you are on a ladder, in an attic or under a sink, the AI answers, says it is an AI, finds out what the caller needs, and either books the visit on your calendar or texts you the details within a minute. Urgent calls go straight to a person.
What happens
First, a setup call to cover how your calls go, what counts as urgent, and what can be booked without you. Then we write the script in your words and your prices, from that interview and any call recordings you have. We test it with you, then your missed calls forward to it. Live in about two weeks. After launch it learns from its own recorded calls.
Keep your receptionist
Your office keeps every call it picks up. The AI takes only the calls that ring out or hit a busy line, and hands the caller to your office the moment they ask for a person. One text from you turns it off.
Your number stays yours
Only the calls you miss go to the AI. A caller who says "person" gets a callback, and you get a text. Emergencies go straight to the person you name.

What it is for
A business that is losing jobs to voicemail, with or without a receptionist.
Month to month. No setup fee. Your number and minutes are billed at the carrier's cost with no markup: about $1 a month for the number and a penny a minute.
The rules it follows.
- Every call starts with "I am an AI assistant, and this call is recorded."
- Emergencies go straight to a person.
- You hear every recording and can turn it off with one text.
Why $1,000 a month
If your typical job is $300, four booked jobs you would have missed pay for the month.
Every call is recorded and written out for you, and a person on our team listens each week and tightens the script. It works like a trained receptionist, not a voicemail.
