What happens
We come in and pick the AI that fits your business with you: Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT. We set it up in your name on every computer and phone we are covering, get your files onto one drive (OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox) and organized so everything is searchable, connect your email and calendar, load your price book, and connect QuickBooks and your estimating software where we have tested the connection. Then four classes for your team, with a written playbook you keep. Nothing custom-built: the same AI anyone can buy, set up properly and taught to your people.
What it does for you once it is set up
Drafts an estimate from your notes and photos with your price book. Sorts your QuickBooks transactions, flags what is unpaid and drafts the reminder texts. Reads a contract or a bid and tells you what to watch before you sign. Drafts replies to your email and keeps the calendar straight. Finds any file, any job, any invoice when you ask for it.
The price
$3,500 for the setup and the four classes, for the business. Then $750 for every person we set up: their computer, their phone, their accounts, and a seat in the classes. A crew of five is $3,500 plus five times $750.
What it is for
An owner who is done doing the office work on evenings and weekends and wants the AI doing it, with the team trained to use it.
Then $500 a month if you want us on call, with one new class a month. Optional, month to month. Your AI subscription is billed by the provider to you, in your name, and shown separately.
