Question 1

What does Front Counter AI do?

Accepted Answer

We build your website, run your Google listing and ads, send emails and texts to your customers, answer your phones with an AI Receptionist and set up Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT in your office. Every price is posted except custom work, which is priced in writing first, and everything is in your name.

Question 2

Do I own my website and my Google listing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The website, the domain, the Google listing and any ad account are in your name from the first day. If you leave, you take them.

Question 3

What does the $999 Website Refresh include?

Accepted Answer

Two working sessions with you, and the site is done. Up to six pages on one of our designs, built for phones with a tap-to-call button on every screen, your Google reviews on the page and an estimate form that texts you, live in five business days. After launch, Hosting and Care is $49 a month, including one content change.

Question 4

What does the $3,999 Custom Storefront include?

Accepted Answer

A custom design with AI built in: an AI estimate agent that asks the right questions, gathers photos and books the visit; an AI chat agent that answers questions about hours, prices, your service area and what to expect; voice, so a customer can talk to the site out loud and get an answer; and the search words your customers actually use, with a page for every service in every town. Four working sessions, live in about 30 days.

Question 5

Is the ad money extra?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our fee is $1,499 a month. Your ad money is paid to Google on top of our fee, from your own account.

Question 6

What does the AI Receptionist cost?

Accepted Answer

$999 a month, month to month, with no setup fee. Your number and minutes are billed at the carrier's cost with no markup: about $1 a month for the number and a penny a minute. It takes only the calls you miss, answers the way a receptionist does, and is live in about two weeks.

Question 7

What is AI in Your Business?

Accepted Answer

We set up Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT in your office over four weeks: your files in one place and searchable, your email and calendar connected, your price book loaded, QuickBooks connected, and four classes for your team with a written playbook. $3,499 setup, plus $749 per person. Nothing custom-built.

Question 8

How do I get the free sample?

Accepted Answer

Give the business name and town, and a cell number or an email. A person builds a sample of your new website and a snapshot of how you show up on Google, and texts both today if you ask by noon, otherwise by noon the next business day. Free, no sign-up.

Question 9

How do I reach a person?

Accepted Answer

Call (209) 935-1300. Or talk to Sam, our AI agent, right now, out loud or in writing, at https://frontcounter.ai/talk/. Or leave your number and a person calls you back within the hour, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific; otherwise by 9 a.m. the next business day. Or email sam@frontcounter.ai, or pick a 20-minute call at https://cal.com/frontcounter.ai/call.

Question 10

Who runs Front Counter AI?

Accepted Answer

Front Counter AI is led by Jeff, our founder. He takes the calls himself and checks the work, and AI agents do that work in minutes instead of weeks.

Question 11

Is Sam a person?

Accepted Answer

No. Sam is an AI agent, our Chief AI Officer, and says so. A person on our team sees every request.

Talk to Sam now.
